Mr. Ankit Agarwal, aged about 31 years, is the Managing Director of our Company since 2014.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is a qualified Chartered
Accountant and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Ankit Agarwal has over 10 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting,
Process Enhancements, Liaising & Co-ordination as well as Research activities.

Mr. G.R. Reddy, aged about 65 years, holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. G.R. Reddy has around 23 years of work experience in Stock Broking business. He was one of the Promoters & Directors of M/s Steel City Securities Limited, Visakhapatnam, and worked as Executive Director for 12 years. Currently, he holds the office as Designated Partner in Raptas Constructions LLP and as a Non-Executive Director in Alankit Imaginations Limited.

Mr. Yash Jeet Basrar aged 71 years is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from Delhi University and an active fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1980. He is also former member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (England) since August, 2001. In addition to this, he is an Insolvency Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has 47 years of experience in Financial Services Industry, handling compliances and corporate consultancy.

Mrs. Meera Lal, born in 1952 is M.A. (Economics). She is also a research advisor for PHD Students, Central University, Ranchi, Co-Supervisor of PHD Students, Osmania University, Hyderabad and having rich experience of 40 years in Teaching, Research and Development and Management.
She is currently working as Professor of Economics, St. Xavier’s College, PG Department of Economics, Ranchi University, Jharkhand. She is having teaching experience at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus, Delhi University, St. Xavier’s College, Post Graduate, Ranchi and Management institute, Hyderabad and Patiala in Punjab, India.
She is also a Prolific Writer in both International and National Journal. She is also a Life Member of Indian Economic Association, Indian Society of Labour Economics, Giri Institute of Labour, Noida, Research Development Association, Jaipur, IFMR Research Centre for Micro Finance. Her areas of interest are Labour Economics, Environmental Economics and Development Economics.

Mr. Yashjeet Basrar aged 71 years is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from Delhi University and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1980. He is also former member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (England). Mr. Basrar has worked in the office of Accountant General Central Revenue, New Delhi and as Auditor in Pay & Accounts office of the Ministry of Home Affairs. He has also worked as a Company Secretary in various Companies in Private and Public sector. Mr. Yashjeet Basrar working as a Practicing Company Secretary since 1995 and has overall 38 years of experience in financial services, legal compliances and as corporate consultant.

Mrs. Preeti Chadha aged 30 years is Director of the Company. She holds a Master Degree in Commerce from IGNOU and Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She is Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mrs. Preeti Chadha has more than 7 years of experience in secretarial, Finance and handling compliances. She is handling all listing and other statutory compliances of the Company.

Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal aged about 63 years joined Alankit Limited on 01st November 2017. Prior to taking charge as Executive Director, Mr Pravin Kumar Bansal was posted as President with the DHFL, Mumbai, and overseeing overall expansion of the Company under Builder Finance Sector. In an entire illustrious career span of over three and half decades, Mr. Bansal has held various positions in the banking sector including holding position as a General Manager deputed at the Corporate Office of Union Bank of India as well as several key positions in other public and private sector.

He has vast experience in Banking Sector, Insurance and Mutual Funds Sector. He also has a vast experience in distribution of Insurance & Mutual Fund business under banca model and has the ability of building tie-ups under the new open architecture under Insurance and Mutual Funds. Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal has also been a part of Development Council of CDSL as well as Advisor to IBA and NPCI on Payment & Settlement Systems.

Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal completed his undergraduate degree in Commerce from Meerut University and Post graduate degree in Economics from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.

Mr. Ashok Shantilal Bhuta, born in 1951 holds degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 1981and having rich experience spanning into nearly four decades.

Mr. Ashok Shantilal Bhuta is engaged in full time practice in the field of accountancy and providing consultancy services related to corporate law matters, direct and indirect taxes, corporate governance, statutory and internal audit of numerous business houses and other entities. He also provides his valuable guidance in other critical issue pertaining to different class of industry.

“Dr. Mathew Thomas, is an Independent Director, since 2022. He is a former defence services officer. He holds a PhD in Intellectual Property Rights and is gold medalist in his post- graduation. He has worked with an IIM and an NLU. He has taught both undergraduate and post graduate students. He has authored three monographs which have been well received and are prescribed books for students of law and another is reference book on patents.

He has keen interest in ethics of AI and has recently, authored a book on regulation of AI.

He is a distinguished sportsman and has an avid interest in golf. His interests lie in bio-ethics, corporate governance, patents, environment and social engineering. He has published numerous articles, papers and is a poet, regularly contributing to academic journal of English literature published by the American College.”
